Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sugowtf07@gmail.com with the subject line:
“Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you received a damaged or incorrect item.
